Aligned Vision Therapy is a self-pay provider since we are not contracted with insurance panels. All service and material fees are paid in full directly to Aligned Vision Therapy by the Financially Responsible Party (patient/parent/guardian), and are due prior to the time of service.

Vision Therapy is typically not covered by insurance plans. Patients are more than welcome to seek out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance carrier. We will provide payment receipts with diagnosis and procedure codes to assist you in this process. Upon request after evaluations are completed, we can also provide you with a Letter of Medical Necessity.

We accept payments via all major credit cards, check, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards.
